About the Role

---------- is looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Developer / IT Assistant to bring our designers' visions to life. Your primary focus will be building, styling, and setting up email templates and automation flows inside platforms like Klaviyo and Omnisend based on approved Figma designs. When email tasks are clear, you will assist with general IT and web maintenance tasks across WordPress and Shopify stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Email Template Development: Translate responsive Figma designs into high-converting HTML/CSS email templates within Klaviyo and Omnisend.
- Campaign & Automation Setup: Build, test, and schedule email campaigns and automated flows (welcome series, abandoned carts, etc.).
- Create all needed segments
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all emails display properly across various devices, dark modes, and email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail).
- CMS & IT Support: Execute basic updates, content uploads, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks on WordPress and Shopify sites during downtime.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of email deliverability best practices and A/B testing.
- Proven experience building and coding emails in Klaviyo and Omnisend.
- Strong ability to work with Figma and replicate designs with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Solid understanding of responsive HTML/CSS optimized specifically for email rendering.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress backends.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines independently.

Bonus Points

- Experience with liquid code (Shopify) or custom WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi).
- Experience coding with Claude terminal / server
