Email Specialist

We’ve got pretty ambitious growth plans and we’re looking for an Email Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in email marketing, automation, and performance optimisation. You’ll have a deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and deliverability, along with a passion for driving measurable results through email campaigns. Ideally, you’ll have agency experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries.

This opportunity is remote working from home, full-time Monday to Friday 9–5 pm (AWST) as we are an agency located in Perth, Western Australia.

So, the job…

* Plan, build, and deploy high-performing email campaigns across platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
* Implement segmentation and personalisation strategies to deliver relevant, engaging communications.
* Monitor and optimise campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) to drive continuous improvement.
* Build and manage automated email flows including welcome series, nurture campaigns, abandoned cart sequences, and re-engagement programs.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys, improving retention and lifetime value.
* Manage the technical health of email systems, including deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and integrations across the MarTech stack.
* Ensure compliance with global privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA) and maintain strong data hygiene practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies and client success.

Your skills:

* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
* Strong experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
* Deep understanding of email automation, segmentation, personalisation, and campaign strategy.
* Proven ability to improve email performance metrics and drive client results.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.
* Solid technical understanding of deliverability, integrations, and database management.
* HTML/CSS knowledge for email builds is advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
