JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

You will be responsible for responding to influencer emails using our outreach software (Instantly) and managing discount codes in Shopify for multiple brand clients.

This is a structured role with clear processes and scripts provided. You will follow step-by-step instructions to ensure influencers receive timely, professional responses and discount codes are created accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
? Monitor and respond to influencer emails in Instantly across multiple brand campaigns
? Create discount codes in Shopify for each brand following specific instructions
? Document influencer information in Google Sheets (discount codes, order numbers, tracking)
? Send templated responses to influencers based on their stage in the onboarding process
? Track orders placed by influencers and log them in our internal systems
? Maintain accuracy - following brand-specific discount structures and guidelines

Required Skills:
Must Have:
Excellent English written communication (professional, error-free emails)
Strong attention to detail (discount codes MUST be created correctly)
Experience with Shopify (creating discounts, navigating orders)
Comfortable with Google Sheets (data entry, tracking, organization)
Ability to follow detailed SOPs precisely
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Nice to Have:
Experience with email management tools (Instantly, Mailshake, similar platforms)
Previous experience in influencer marketing or e-commerce
Familiarity with multi-brand management

Tools You'll Use:
Instantly (email outreach platform - training provided)
Shopify (creating discount codes, tracking orders)
Google Sheets (documenting influencer data)

Email communication

Work Schedule:
Check and respond to emails daily (Monday-Friday)
Estimated 3-5 hours per day depending on email volume
Must be responsive during work hours (reply within 24 hours)
