The Role: We need someone to own our client
This isn't task work—you'll make real decisions about what we send and when. You'll work independently, following our documented processes, and communicate async with our U.S. team.
Starting at 10-20 hours/week with room to grow as we add clients.
What You'll Do
-Plan and send 3-5
-Write and edit patient-focused
-Build campaigns and simple automations in Mailchimp and Constant Contact
-Manage subscriber lists: segmentation, tagging, list hygiene
-Run A/B tests on subject lines and content
-QA every
-Track performance and share weekly insights with clear recommendations
You're a Great Fit If You Have
-2+ years of
-Mailchimp expertise (required) and Constant Contact experience (can train if needed)
-Strong English writing skills—you'll write copy for U.S. healthcare audiences
-Attention to detail—you catch typos and broken links before anyone else
-Reliability—you meet deadlines and communicate proactively when something's off
-Basic HTML knowledge for
Bonus Points (Not Required)
-Healthcare, medical, or legal industry experience
-Basic design skills (Canva)
-Familiarity with
Work Setup
-Hours: 10-20 per week, with at least 2 hours overlapping U.S. Eastern Time 7am-9am
-Schedule: Flexible outside the overlap window
-Communication: Async-first via TeamworkPM and Google Chat
-Equipment: You provide your own setup; stable internet required
