Role Overview:
We’re hiring a strategic and data-driven
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and the content team to execute cold and warm campaigns that reflect our brand voice — professional, psychological, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, launch, and optimize HubSpot
• Design and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns through Dripify, including multi-step message flows and personalization
• Segment audiences based on behavior, industry, and engagement data
• Write clear, conversion-focused copy that aligns with our IT and cybersecurity positioning
• A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTAs to maximize engagement
• Monitor metrics (open rates, CTRs, reply rates, conversions) and create performance reports
• Integrate HubSpot workflows with Dripify and other marketing tools for seamless data flow
• Maintain accurate CRM data hygiene, contact tagging, and pipeline visibility
• Collaborate with the SEO, content, and sales teams to align messaging and timing

Qualifications (Training Included):
• Proven experience managing
• Hands-on experience with Dripify or similar LinkedIn messaging automation platforms
• Strong copywriting and personalization skills for cold and warm outreach
• Knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics in HubSpot
• Experience setting up workflows, lists, triggers, and nurture sequences
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and pivot strategy
• Excellent English communication skills
Preferred:
• Familiarity with B2B IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS markets
• Experience integrating HubSpot with other tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.)
• Understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and CRM optimization
