Manage
Data Handling
Extract and clean contact data from various sources.
Enrich lists with missing or valuable segmentation details.
Ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliant practices.
Lead Tracking & CRM Management
Track
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline status.
Collaborate with the sales team for lead handoff and follow-up optimization.
Analytics & Reporting
Create weekly reports on open rates, CTRs, replies, conversions, and unsubscribes.
Provide strategic insights and suggestions for performance improvement.
Flag and investigate deliverability issues or spam risks.
