JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a CRM Executive to join our UK-based Ecommerce business, who not only knows how to interpret complex customer data but can also translate it into high-impact, strategic initiatives. This is an exciting hands on role with the opportunity to utilise the latest tools and technologies to grow and optimise email revenue and customer lifetime value.

Your responsibilities will be;
- Own and implement the email marketing plan, working with internal stakeholders to build and optimise automated campaigns as well as awareness campaigns
- Work similarly on any other direct marketing channels, such as SMS or web push notifications
- Evaluate and report on email marketing activity, identify areas for improvement and new opportunities for testing
- Identify ways to improve subscriber lists and improve deliverability
- Utilise content personalisation to drive better open and click-through rates
- Commercially assess the viability of any promotions we run, such as discount codes, and ensure they are generating incremental profit

You will be or have;
- Fluent in English
- 3-4 years email marketing experience using email automation solutions (such as exponea, klaviyo or similar)
- Experience in an online retail environment (ecommerce)
- Proven experience in a CRM role with a strong understanding of customer metrics, data analysis, and lifecycle management
- Ability to think strategically with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience in all stages of email marketing; subscriber list building, design, build, rules & automations, optimisation, reporting
- Experience with large customer databases, building automated campaigns, running reports and building personalisations
- Basic knowledge of HTML and styling techniques
- Good communicator with stakeholders throughout the business
- Have strong organisational skills, you'll be expected to manage your own workload on a day-to-day basis
