Klaviyo Email Marketing & Order Management Specialist

Ironthreads | Remote | Part-Time

Ironthreads is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Klaviyo Email Marketing & Order Management Specialist to manage our customer email flows, order status updates, and monthly marketing emails.

This role is ideal for someone experienced with Klaviyo + Shopify who can handle both automation and creative email work.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage Klaviyo email flows for order confirmations, order status updates, shipping notifications, and delay updates

Update and manage order tags and statuses in Shopify

Ensure customers receive clear, accurate, and timely order updates

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot email automations

Coordinate order status updates based on supplier and shipping timelines

Create 4 creative marketing emails per month

Create additional marketing emails for new product launches or important flash sales as needed

Requirements

Proven experience using Klaviyo (flows, triggers, metrics)

Familiarity with Shopify order and fulfillment management

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Clear and consistent communication

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Compensation

$250 per month

Fully remote

Flexible hours (consistent availability required)
