JOB OVERVIEW

I'm an email copywriter running a small studio that writes and sends emails for coaches, course creators and ecom brands in the US. I write the emails. I need someone to own everything that happens after the copy is done.

You'll be my right hand in the ESP. Every week I hand you a Google Doc with finished emails. You take it from there: upload, format, test, schedule, and make sure nothing goes out broken.

What you'll do every week

Upload emails into the client's platform (Kit/ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, GoHighLevel) exactly as written, matching each client's formatting and branding
Check every link: it opens, it goes to the right page, and it carries the correct UTM and tracking parameters
Send test emails, review them on desktop and mobile, and fix anything that looks off
Schedule sends and apply the correct lists, segments, tags and exclusions for each client
Keep our Google Drive organized: every email, image and asset filed in the right client folder with consistent naming
Keep a simple tracker of what was sent, when, and to whom
Flag anything that looks wrong before it goes out, not after

You're a fit if you

Have hands-on experience in at least two of these: Kit (ConvertKit), ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Mailchimp
Understand UTM parameters and can spot a broken or mistyped link without being told
Are detail-obsessed. A wrong link, a wrong date, or a missing merge tag in a real send is the thing we exist to prevent
Write clear, direct English in Slack and can explain a problem in two sentences
Can follow a checklist to the letter and also notice when the checklist is missing a step
Are comfortable on Google Drive and Google Docs
Ask questions early instead of guessing

Bonus points: you've worked with an agency or freelancer serving multiple clients, or you know your way around HTML email blocks.

How we'll work

Slack is home base. That's where the briefs, files and questions live
Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Our clients are in the US and I'm in Europe, so I need at least 4 hours of overlap with 2pm to 10pm Philippine time. The rest of your day is flexible
Long-term role. I'm looking for someone to grow with, not a project hire

Pay and growth

$800/month to start
Every new client you take over adds $200/month to your salary. Manage three more clients and you're at $1,400
Paid twice a month via your preferred method (Wise, PayPal or GCash)
