Long-Term Remote Position | Digital Agency | Philippines

Hi there!

We are a growing web design and digital marketing agency based in the Netherlands, and we are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist from the Philippines to join our team long-term.

Our agency builds websites and marketing systems for businesses in Europe, the US, and the UK. As we continue to grow, we want someone dedicated to creating and managing email campaigns for our clients.

This is a stable long-term role with clear responsibilities and room to grow into a senior marketing position.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating and managing email campaigns for our clients.

Tasks include:
• Writing marketing emails and newsletters
• Designing emails in Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools
• Scheduling and sending campaigns
• Testing emails before sending
• Monitoring campaign results (open rates, clicks)
• Creating simple monthly reports
• Suggesting improvements for better performance

Most clients send 2 emails per month, so the workload is manageable and structured.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other email marketing platforms
• Has strong English writing skills
• Has a good sense of design and layout
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Can follow processes and instructions
• Is reliable and communicates well

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

If you have experience with these, it's a big plus:
• Email automation flows
• A/B testing
• Basic marketing strategy
• Canva or Figma
• Copywriting for marketing
