Type: Full-Time | 100% Remote
Hours: US Eastern Time (EST) 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $8 – $11/hour (based on experience) | Paid bi-monthly (15th & 30th)


Role Overview
I'm looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own campaign execution, automations, A/B testing, segmentation, and client reporting in Klaviyo for a data-first growth marketing agency serving e-commerce/DTC brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Flow Management: Build, QA, schedule, and troubleshoot batch campaigns, behaviorally triggered flows, and dynamic content inside Klaviyo.
- Segmentation & Hygiene: Maintain list hygiene and create targeted audience segments using behavioral and lifecycle filters.
- Optimization & Testing: Design and execute A/B tests across campaigns and flows; analyze open, click, conversion, and deliverability metrics.
- Client Reporting: Export performance data and create simple, client-ready slides with charts and insights.

Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in hands-on email marketing (agency or DTC e-commerce environment preferred).
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Klaviyo and 2+ years of experience with Shopify.
- Data Skills: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis.
- Communication & QA: Detail-obsessed with fluent written and spoken English.


Nice to Have
- SMS campaign experience (Klaviyo or Postscript).
- Light HTML/CSS skills for email template formatting.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs or Google/Meta ad platforms.
