JOB OVERVIEW

Look for: Senior Email Marketing Specialist – with proven experience in HTML, Automation & Conversions.
36-42 hours a week.

Are you a strategic and creative email marketer who can turn newsletters into customers? Do you want to work for a group of more than 12 companies in the Dutch bathroom and kitchen market – ranging from inspiration platforms to installation services and design studios – and take full responsibility for setting up, managing, and optimizing their email marketing? Then this is your opportunity.

We are looking for an independent specialist who will lead and build the entire email marketing department. You will create strategies, develop campaigns, and ensure results grow every month. Our team will support you by fine-tuning the Dutch texts where necessary, but you will be the driving force behind the ideas, campaigns, and conversions.

What you’ll do
• Develop strategy: Define the email marketing strategy for each brand and maintain the content calendar.
• Create newsletters: Design high-converting newsletters with compelling copy, engaging templates, and strong calls-to-action.
• Grow & segment lists: Expand mailing lists and set up segmentation so each audience receives relevant content.
• Automations & funnels: Build smart email flows (welcome series, follow-ups, drip campaigns) that convert leads into customers.
• Optimize conversion: Run A/B tests, analyze results, and continuously improve campaigns to increase conversions and ROI.
• Analyze & report: Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Ensure compliance & deliverability: Make sure everything is GDPR-compliant and maintain high deliverability standards.

Your profile
• Solid experience with email marketing tools (experience with Acumbamail is a strong plus).
• Skilled in HTML/CSS and familiar with BeeFree templates.
• Strong copywriting skills in Dutch with a flair for engaging subject lines and calls-to-action.
• Both creative and strategic: able to design campaigns tailored to each brand.
• Analytical and conversion-focused: confident with data, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation and segmentation.
• Organized, independent, and proactive: able to run the full email marketing process end-to-end.
• Affinity with the home, bathroom, or kitchen industry is an advantage.
