We're a US-based DTC beauty brand selling on Shopify and Amazon.
We have an active Klaviyo account with flows already built, a healthy subscriber list of 35,000+, and a currently run a weekly campaign calendar which you would need to take over and improve. What we don't have is someone who proactively tells us what's broken, what to test next, and where the revenue opportunities are. That's what we need.
You'll work directly with the owners, who are hands-on and involved in approvals and strategy. You won't be managed daily — you'll be expected to come to us.
What you'll do:
Own
Build and optimize Klaviyo flows: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Winback, Replenishment, Post Purchase, VIP, Cross-Sell, SMS Abandoned Cart, Subscription flows
Plan a monthly campaign calendar and submit it at the start of each month — concept, segment, send date — for owner approval
Build individual campaign
Write subject lines, preview text, and
Manage buyer vs non-buyer segmentation across all sends and build product-behavior segments from Shopify purchase data
Launch and grow SMS as an active revenue channel alongside
Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, offers, and content — bring results and recommendations, not just data
Submit a weekly performance report every Monday covering all KPIs, flow revenue, campaign results, list growth, and what you're doing next
Flag problems immediately — don't wait for the weekly report
Requirements:
3–5+ years managing Klaviyo for a DTC ecommerce brand — beauty, skincare, health and wellness strongly preferred
Proven track record of growing
Deep Klaviyo expertise: flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, attribution, ZPD, list management
Experience managing SMS campaigns and flows, not just awareness of it
Strong copywriting ability — subject lines, CTAs,
