We’re looking for a high-level
This is a full-time role for someone who wants to grow with a serious brand.
What you’ll be responsible for
Phase 1 (First 1–2 weeks):
Build out all core flows:
- Welcome flow
- Abandoned cart
- Browse abandonment
- Post-purchase
- Review / retention flows
- Replenishment flows
Optimize structure, timing, and logic — not just templates
Phase 2:
- Launch 5–7 campaigns per week
Mix of:
Founder-style
Designed
- Create a monthly campaign calendar
- Plan ahead always stay ahead for revisions & testing
- Continuously improve flows (bi-weekly optimization)
What we expect from you
- You think in revenue, not
- You actively bring new ideas every week
- Angles
- Hooks
- Campaign ideas
-You actively research competitors and top-performing brands. You study their
- You don’t wait for instructions — you proactively suggest what to test
- Strong copywriting using AI (ChatGPT, prompts, frameworks)
- Founder reviews & tweaks — you deliver strong first drafts
- You can recreate designs exactly from references
- We send ? you match it cleanly in our branding
Requirements
- Proven experience with Klaviyo for eCommerce
- Generated at least €25K/month via
- Strong English
This is NOT for you if:
- You need constant instructions
- You copy/paste generic flows
- You don’t understand direct response
- You don’t care about performance or numbers
- You’re slow or miss deadlines
- You work for 5 different brands at the same time
Compensation
- Full-time monthly salary
- All design tools you need are paid for by us
