What you'll do
- Plan and execute 3–4
- Own segmentation, list health, and deliverability in Klaviyo
- Manage and optimize all active flows (welcome, cart, post-purchase, winback)
- Brief and manage the designer on every campaign
- Run a structured A/B test program and report results
- Send weekly performance updates to the founder
Requirements
- Proven Klaviyo experience — flows, segmentation, campaigns, deliverability. Not a course. Real accounts.
- DTC or e-commerce background
- Strong written English — you will brief a designer and report to a founder
- Self-managed — deadlines are met, problems are flagged early, not after
- Experience at a brand doing serious
