We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused candidate to build and run email and SMS campaigns across our portfolio of e-commerce beauty/skincare brands. This role is heavy on production — you'll be designing templated email creative, writing copy, and setting up campaigns and flows directly in Klaviyo, week after week. We're looking for someone who can take a brief and turn it into a polished, on-brand, ready-to-send email quickly and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build email creative using templated layouts in Canva or Figma — efficiently producing on-brand assets for recurring weekly campaigns across multiple brands, each with a distinct voice and visual identity
Write original copy — headlines, body content, CTAs — tailored to each brand's tone, working within established brand guidelines
Build, format, and QA campaigns and automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, etc.) directly in Klaviyo, including segmentation, filters, and trigger logic
Set up and troubleshoot Klaviyo flow logic (metric-based filters, deduplication conditions, timing/delay settings)
Maintain and refine templated email frameworks so campaigns can be produced faster without sacrificing quality
Monitor weekly campaign and flow performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue) and flag issues or opportunities
Maintain list health and segmentation across platforms
Assist with ad-hoc projects driven by marketing performance and channel expansion

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (not just theoretical knowledge — we'll ask about specifics)
Strong design execution in Canva or Figma — comfortable working within brand templates and producing consistent, clean layouts quickly
Solid copywriting ability across different brand tones
Comfortable with a high-volume, fast-turnaround production cadence across multiple brands
Detail-oriented — you QA your own work before it goes out

Portfolio Requirement

Please include a portfolio showcasing your email design work — templated campaign examples are especially valuable, as this role is focused on efficient, repeatable production rather than one-off custom builds. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
