JOB OVERVIEW

We are MLGRW, a fast-growing email marketing agency working with e-commerce brands across Europe. We design and manage high-converting email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo for premium DTC brands.

We are looking for a FULL-TIME EMAIL DESIGNER to join our team long-term.

YOUR ROLE:
- Design beautiful, high-converting email campaigns and flow emails
- Create designs in Figma and build/implement them in Klaviyo
- Design for multiple e-commerce brands (fashion, jewelry, supplements, home & lifestyle)
- Follow brand guidelines and adapt your style per brand
- Deliver 100% mobile-optimized designs
- Work closely with our team on monthly campaign planning

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience designing emails in Klaviyo (this is a must)
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience designing for e-commerce / DTC brands
- A great eye for premium, clean, modern design
- Understanding of email marketing best practices (hierarchy, CTA placement, mobile-first)
- Good English communication
- Reliable, fast, and able to handle multiple brands per week

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with big/premium brands
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other design tools
- Understanding of conversion-focused copy layout
