We are a fast-growing ecommerce email marketing agency, and we are looking for a highly skilled Figma Email Designer who understands Klaviyo email marketing and wants to grow with us long-term.

For the right person, this role offers significant long-term growth opportunities as our agency continues to expand.

About the Role

Your main responsibility will be designing high-quality, conversion-focused email campaigns for ecommerce brands.

You should be highly experienced in Figma, understand email marketing structure, and ideally have experience building or importing emails into Klaviyo.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and takes pride in producing high-level work.

What You’ll Do

Design email campaigns in Figma

Create promotional emails, campaign emails, and flow emails

Build or import the designs into Klaviyo

Ensure emails are clean, responsive, and structured correctly

Design with dynamic blocks and flow logic in mind

Follow brand guidelines while improving visual hierarchy

Deliver organized Figma files

Requirements

Highly experienced in Figma (required)

Strong experience designing email marketing campaigns

Experience with Klaviyo (preferred)

Ability to build or import email designs in Klaviyo

Understanding of email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)

Awareness of dynamic content blocks

Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout hierarchy, and mobile design

High attention to detail

Reliable and professional communication
