MoonCommerce is a boutique email marketing agency building world-class Klaviyo programs for Shopify brands across fashion, spirits, jewelry, and more. We're small, fast, and obsessive about craft. We're hiring a senior email designer who cares as much about the comma in the headline as the kerning in the hero.

What you'll do
Design email campaigns and flows that make people stop scrolling. You'll own the visual output for multiple brands — concepting, designing, and shipping emails in Figma that get built in Klaviyo and sent to hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Every week you're working across different brand worlds: high-end modest fashion one hour, premium whisky the next, streetwear after lunch. You'll partner closely with our copywriters and strategists to turn briefs into emails that actually move revenue.

Who you are
3+ years designing email marketing specifically. Not "I've done some emails" — real email design, real campaigns, real results. You understand the medium: the inbox preview, the fold, the mobile-first reality, the dark mode gotchas, the image-to-text ratio, the Klaviyo block structure.
A high-end visual designer with a portfolio that makes us jealous. Typography, hierarchy, restraint, taste. Your emails look like editorial, not like templates.
Figma fluent. It's your home base. You build clean, organized files that hand off without friction.
You get copy. You can read a headline and know if it's working. You'll push back on weak copy instead of just laying it out — and you'll know when a design needs more words or fewer.
You understand email marketing as a discipline — not just the design side. You know what a flow is, why segmentation matters, and how a hero image affects CTR.

AI in your toolkit. You already use tools like Claude, Midjourney, or Figma AI in your workflow. You don't need to be an AI expert — but if you're skeptical or resistant, this isn't the role. Our entire design pipeline runs on AI, and you'll be plugging into it.
Available during Israel working hours. Wherever you're based, your workday overlaps with ours. This is non-negotiable — we move fast and need you in the room (even if the room is Slack).
A go-getter. Nobody's going to hand you a brief with every answer. You figure it out, ask the right questions, and ship.
