ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a highly skilled, conversion-driven
This role goes far beyond “writing pretty words.” You’ll be responsible for crafting persuasive, on-brand, high-converting copy that drives revenue, retention, and engagement across
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Write high-converting, brand-aligned copy for
– Develop subject lines, preheaders, and CTAs designed to maximize open and click-through rates
– Collaborate with designers and strategists to create cohesive, revenue-focused campaigns
– Participate in A/B testing and refine messaging based on data-driven insights
– Conduct customer research and voice-of-customer analysis to infor
– Ensure all copy is error-free, proofread, and optimized before delivery
– Stay current on eCommerce, direct-response, and retention marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team
– Join daily team syncs and collaborate with marketers, designers, and strategists
REQUIREMENTS (Read Carefully – Must-Haves Only)
– 1–2+ years of proven experience writing direct-response
– Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESPs) and a solid understanding of flows, campaigns, and segmentation
– Demonstrated ability to write short-form, persuasive copy that converts (hooks, subject lines, CTAs)
– Clear understanding of sales psychology, customer journey, and retention-driven messaging
– Excellent proofreading and editing skills – No tolerance for typos, grammatical errors, or sloppy work
– Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Intermediate to advanced English required
– Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with tight turnarounds
