JOB OVERVIEW

Retention Harbor is a Klaviyo Platinum Partner email and SMS marketing agency working exclusively with DTC ecommerce brands. We run lean, move fast, and hold a high bar for client results. We're looking for an experienced email marketer to own client relationships and drive strategy across a portfolio of growing ecommerce brands.

Tasks:

Own client communication, reporting, and strategy across 6-10 DTC ecommerce accounts
Build and maintain 90-day email roadmaps per client
Analyze campaign and flow performance and translate data into clear recommendations
Brief the implementation and copy team on campaigns, flows, and tests
Run A/B tests and iterate on results to continuously improve program performance
QA deliverables before they reach the client
Identify growth opportunities and proactively bring ideas to clients
Be able to strategize, lead, and engage in client communication & calls

Requirements:
2+ years managing email marketing for DTC or ecommerce brands
Hands-on Klaviyo experience required
Strong written English; comfortable working async across time zones
Proven ability to present performance data and strategy to clients
Experience building and executing 90-day email strategies
Agency background preferred but not required
Experience with Shopify and SMS
