JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and fast-moving Email Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely.

This role is focused on owning the design, creation, implementation, and optimization of email campaigns and retention flows inside Klaviyo.

We are a fast-growing pet wellness brand and move very quickly internally, so we’re looking for somebody who is proactive, highly actionable, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time without constant oversight.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Designing and building email campaigns
• Creating text-based and promotional emails
• Managing retention/lifecycle flows
• Working on weekly campaign calendars and launches
• Reviewing analytics and performance metrics
• Helping improve retention and customer experience
• Collaborating with the team on strategy and testing ideas

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience with Klaviyo
• Experience designing and implementing email campaigns
• Understanding of retention marketing and lifecycle flows
• Ability to move quickly and execute independently
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Able to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously

BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

• Figma
• Shopify
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or other project management tools

We communicate internally through Slack, so responsiveness and communication during the workday are very important.
