The other serves supplement and nutraceutical brands with full-service sourcing, packaging, and logistics. Both companies source factory direct from China with American partners on the ground ensuring quality — and we pass the savings (20%+) to our customers.

The Role
This is a digital outreach role — no phone calls required. You’ll manage AI-powered
You’ll set up and manage our sales tech stack (Clay, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier), build AI-personalized
What You’ll Do
AI Tool Setup & Management (your primary technical responsibility):
• Set up and manage
• Set up and manage Instantly.ai — build
• Configure
• Build Zapier automations — connect Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot so data flows automatically (positive replies trigger alerts, bounces trigger re-enrichment, etc.)
• Maintain HubSpot CRM — keep pipeline data accurate, update deal stages, log all outreach activity
LinkedIn Outreach (your primary relationship-building channel):
• Send 20-30 personalized LinkedIn connection requests per day to decision makers at target companies (founders, VPs of Operations, supply chain leaders)
• Follow up with accepted connections using provided message templates
• Engage with prospect content — like, comment, and share posts from target accounts to build visibility and trust before pitching
• Convert LinkedIn conversations into booked VP of Sales meetings
Reply Management & Meeting Booking (your most important daily task):
• Monitor Instantly for AI-flagged
• Respond to interested leads within 1 hour — speed is everything
• Handle objections using provided scripts (we give you a full objection-handling playbook)
• Book VP of Sales meetings — lock down specific dates/times, send calendar invites, provide context notes to the VP
• Follow up on no-shows and reschedule
Reporting:
• Send a structured weekly performance report every Friday using our template (takes 15 minutes)
The #1 Metric We Care About
VP of Sales calls booked per week. Target: 5-10. Everything else
Requirements
• Strong written English — you’ll be writing LinkedIn messages and
• Experience with
• Comfortable learning and managing multiple software tools —
• Basic technical skills — able to follow a step-by-step guide to configure DNS records, connect tools via Zapier, and troubleshoot basic issues
• Detail-oriented and organized — you’ll manage campaigns across two companies simultaneously and need to keep everything clean
• Self-motivated — you’ll work independently with a 15-minute weekly check-in, not daily supervision. You need to own your workflow.
• Available to work US business hours (Eastern or Pacific time — evening/night shift Philippines time)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with
• Familiarity with the cannabis, supplement, nutraceutical, or CPG/packaging industries
• Experience setting up
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
• Experience managing AI-powered outreach tools or workflows
Compensation & Details
• Pay: $
• Performance bonus based on meetings 10$ per meeting
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, US business hours (evening shift PH)
• Location: Remote — Philippines only
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Long-term position — this is not a short-term project. We want someone who will grow with us.
