Key Responsibilities

1. Designing and developing responsive email templates.

2. Collaborating closely with your copywriter, strategists and data analyst to deliver results-driven email campaigns.

3. Optimizing designs for conversion and engagement.

4. Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and overall brand aesthetic.

5. Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in email marketing.

6. Collaborating with the team, joining our virtual office, and weekly meetings.

Who This Role Is NOT For

- Generalists -- Those without a specialization in email design or who lack a focused expertise.

- Silos Workers -- Individuals who prefer working in isolation without team collaboration or client interaction.

- Unexperienced -- Individuals who aren't familiar with Figma or Photoshop.

- Non DTC - Those who don't have a deep understanding of DTC brand aesthetics and requirements.

- Non-Adaptable -- Individuals who are uncomfortable working in fast-paced environments or adapting to changing client needs.

- Not data driven -- Designers who don't prioritize data-driven decisions or results.

- SOLO artists -- Designers who won't collaborate and talk with the rest of the design team

Who We're Looking For:

- Passionate email designers with a proven track record in creating compelling visuals for DTC brands.

- Familiarity and expertise with email and email design capabilities.

- A keen eye for detail, color, and typography.

- A strong portfolio showcasing responsive email design work.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- An adaptable mindset, eager to learn and grow in the ever-evolving world of email marketing.

- Figma experience
