JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented Email Designer to join our marketing team for three busy months across Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas.
You’ll work across several home fragrance and lifestyle brands, designing e-commerce emails in Figma and taking approved designs through to Klaviyo ready for send.
This is first and foremost a design role. You’ll need a great eye for email design, the ability to understand different brands quickly, and the speed to work in a high-volume environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing e-commerce emails in Figma
* Building approved designs into Klaviyo
* Rolling out approximately 5-8 emails per day
* Working across multiple brands and visual styles
* Bringing fresh ideas to email layouts and creative
* Working quickly through feedback and revisions
* QA checking your work before handover
What we’re looking for
Strong Figma skills
Proven e-commerce email design experience
Experience building emails in Klaviyo
A strong design portfolio
Fast, organised and highly detail-oriented
Able to pick up a brand quickly and work with guidelines that aren't always prescriptive
Experience with home, fragrance, beauty, interiors or lifestyle e-commerce brands would be the icing on the cake.

This is not a technical Klaviyo role. We need a great designer who can take their work from Figma into Klaviyo efficiently and accurately.
Hours: Flexible, minimum 4 hours per day
Contract: 3 months
Start: October 2026
Location: Remote
