JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grow Pronto is a full-service email and SMS marketing agency helping 7 and 8 figure DTC brands scale profitably using Klaviyo.

We are looking for an Email Designer to support our team by designing high-quality, conversion-focused assets across campaigns, flows, and pop-up sign-up forms.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DESIGNING
- Ecommerce email campaigns
- Automated email flows
- Pop-up sign-up forms

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design clean, aesthetic, high-converting emails aligned with each brand
- Bring copy and strategy to life through strong visual hierarchy and layout
- Make revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback
- Maintain organized Figma files with reusable components
- Collaborate daily with Account Managers and Copywriters

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience designing ecommerce marketing emails
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Figma, including reusable components and well-organized files
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals and email design best practices, including layout, hierarchy, spacing, and mobile-first design
- Able to create A+ email design visuals that elevate brands and consistently impress clients
