JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand looking for a creative Part-Time Email Designer to elevate our email campaigns and flows. You will be responsible for designing visually compelling, conversion-focused emails that capture attention, strengthen the customer journey, and support revenue growth. If you have a strong eye for branding and understand how design influences buying behavior, this role is a great fit.

In this position, you will design both campaigns and full Klaviyo flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and winback. You know how to create clean, mobile-friendly layouts and visuals that align with brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and copywriting team, ensuring design and messaging work seamlessly together.

Responsibilities
– Design branded email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content
– Create high-converting Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
– Design visual elements such as banners, product modules, and CTA buttons
– Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all emails
– Optimize emails for mobile responsiveness and dark mode
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with strategy
– Continuously improve design based on performance and feedback
Requirements
– Proven experience in email design for DTC/ecommerce brands (portfolio required)
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
– Basic understanding of Klaviyo or other email service providers
– Strong grasp of UX principles, conversion-focused design, and mobile-first layouts
– Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and apply feedback
– Portfolio featuring at least 5 email designs or flows
