Responsibilities
Set up and manage
Design clean, professional
Segment and maintain contact lists (realtors, restoration companies, past customers, new leads, etc.).
Create automated workflows such as welcome sequences, follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
A/B test subject lines, copy, and layouts to improve open and click rates.
Track key performance metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversions) and prepare concise reports.
Clean and update lead databases to maintain high deliverability.
Coordinate with management on campaign timing, message strategy, and promotions.
Ensure compliance with
Requirements
2+ years of experience in
Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Zoho Campaigns.
Understanding of
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with service-based businesses (moving, logistics, real estate, or home services preferred).
Knowledge of copywriting and
Familiarity with CRM integrations and contact management.
Basic Canva or design experience for branded visuals (optional).
Compensation
