About Our Company
We're a 5-year-old e-commerce beauty brand doing $10M per year in Europe. We’re 20 employees and 3 of them work with e-mail campaigns, and now we want to hire one more to solely work on improving and revamping our automated e-mail marketing in Klaviyo.

Role Overview
You will own the email automation end-to-end: from d ---------- the flows, building the flows, and improving the flows. You’ll have access to image designers, copywriters and localizers, to help you make the flows the best ones you’ve ever made for all of our 6 products.

Your Responsibilities
Re-build our e-mail marketing flows from scratch
Run A/B-test to identify the best performing emails
Maintain the flows and improve the content over time
Ensure we follow email automation best practices
Increase the repurchase rate and lifetime value

The Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Klaviyo with DTC E-commerce
Managed brands doing $0.5M-$1M per month in total revenue
Proven track record of improving similar brand’s email marketing
Must be able to speak and write a professional level of English
