Are you an experienced, results-driven cold caller with a passion for the renewable energy sector? We are seeking a top-tier Solar Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, full-time position for a professional in the Philippines who is ready to make a significant impact and be compensated accordingly.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $8.75 USD per hour
Commission: $10 USD per qualified appointment set
Expected On-Target Earnings: $1,800+ USD per month
Your Mission:
Your primary mission will be to engage with homeowners and landlords in the U.S. via high-volume outbound calls, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, qualify their interest, and schedule confirmed appointments for our solar consultation team. You will be responsible for maintaining meticulous records in our dialer and CRM and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
"Must-Have" Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a high-volume outbound cold calling role is non-negotiable.
Demonstrable experience in the U.S., Australian, or Canadian solar industry is highly preferred.
Expert-level, fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear understandable accent.
A resilient, self-motivated, and professional demeanor with a proven ability to handle rejection gracefully.
A stable, high-speed fiber internet connection (provide speed test results with application) and a quiet, dedicated home office environment free from distractions.
