JOB OVERVIEW

Chase Parker Enterprises is building a private roster of elite video editors to produce high-performing short-form content for growing personal brands and businesses.

We are not looking for average editors.
We are looking for people who understand attention, pacing, and what actually goes viral.

Your role:

Turn long-form content (podcasts, interviews, streams) into viral short clips
Identify hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
Edit using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
Add captions, pacing, zooms, and effects that retain attention
Optimize for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X

If your edits don’t hold attention, this isn’t for you.

Compensation:

Performance-based (CPM / per clip depending on client)
Top editors will receive consistent, high-volume work
Opportunity to scale earnings as client roster grows

Position Structure:
We are currently building a pre-selected bench of editors.
Work will be distributed as clients are onboarded.

This is an early-entry opportunity to lock in a position before scale.

Incentive:
