• Proven experience in phone sales / cold calling
• Deep understanding of cold call techniques
• Strong control of tone, pacing, and persuasion
• Ability to handle objections like a pro
• Confidence to sell any product or service
• Natural closer mindset – you don’t wait, you ask for the deal
• Relentless follow-up habits (calls, messages, persistence)
• Strong work ethic and loyalty – we value long-term players
