JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a killer media buyer to help us scale on NewsBreak.

Direct NewsBreak experience is a plus, but it is not required. We understand that experienced NewsBreak buyers are rare. We are open to hiring someone with strong Meta or other paid traffic experience who can quickly learn a new platform and figure out what works.

We are looking for someone who already knows how to buy media at a high level and does not need constant direction.

What We’re Looking For:

The right person must have real media buying experience and be able to make decisions independently. This is not an entry-level role, and it is not a fit for someone who needs to be told exactly what to do every day.

You should know all the major metrics and you should know how to use those numbers to evaluate performance, spot problems, and make profitable decisions.

Requirements:

- Strong media buying experience on Meta or another major paid traffic platform
- Experience managing thousands of dollars per day in ad spend
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics and how they impact profitability
- Ability to test efficiently and interpret results correctly
- Ability to know when to cut, when to hold, and when to scale
- Self-sufficient and confident in building strategy without being micromanaged
- Comfortable adapting to a new platform and learning quickly

Do Not Apply If:

- You need to be told exactly what to do every day
- You have very little media buying experience
- You have never managed meaningful daily spend
- You do not know how to read campaign data and make decisions from it
- You are a button-pusher instead of a real strategist
- You wait around for someone else to hand you the answer

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is someone who has already spent serious money on paid traffic, understands how to manage campaigns profitably, and can bring that same skill set to NewsBreak. We are looking for someone who can think independently, test intelligently, and find winning strategies on their own.

To apply, D ---------- the info below:

1. Platforms you’ve bought on
2. Highest daily spend managed
3. Verticals/offers you’ve run
4. One campaign you scaled successfully
5. What you look at first when performance drops
