We are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team.
You will be speaking directly with real estate broker owners and real estate companies in the United States, helping them discover solutions that improve their business.
This role is not high-pressure sales.
It is about service, curiosity, and starting valuable conversations.
You must speak excellent, natural English that sounds very comfortable to American business owners.

The founder of the company is stepping back into a more active leadership role and wants to personally reconnect with our customers.
That’s where you come in.
Your First Mission
Your first responsibility will be calling our 1,800 existing customers and booking 15-minute conversations with the founder.
These are friendly check-in conversations, not sales calls.
Your job is simply to:
• Call brokerage owners
• Thank them for being customers
• Ask if they’d like a quick conversation with the founder
• Book a 15-minute appointment
The purpose is to listen and improve the product.
Future Responsibilities
Once the first phase is complete, your role will expand to include revenue-generating activities.
Your role will likely become 50% relationship calls / 50% opportunity creation.
Examples include:
Customer Success Calls
• Calling existing customers
• Booking founder conversations
• Asking how we can improve the product
Growth Calls
• Calling real estate brokerages
• Introducing our platform
• Booking demo appointments with our team
Your role is to create high-quality conversations.

We are looking for someone long-term and will compensate accordingly.
Compensation includes:

Work Schedule
This role requires overlap with U.S. business hours.
Expected schedule:
U.S. daytime hours (Central Time).
