JOB OVERVIEW

Project-Based or Long-Term Monthly Position

Job Description:
We are looking for a high-level music producer who specializes specifically in Hardstyle and Hardtekk, with a strong emphasis on modern, aggressive, high-energy Hardtekk production.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for a producer who is already highly experienced in these genres and understands how to create tracks that can compete with leading releases in the scene.

The producer must have a strong understanding of:

Hardtekk production and arrangement
Hardstyle production
Powerful and professional kick design
Aggressive drops and high-energy structures
Bass design
Build-ups, transitions and tension
Modern sound selection
Vocal processing
Mixing and mastering
Creating commercially competitive tracks
Understanding current trends within Hardtekk / Hardstyle
Recreating references while still producing an original and professional result

The goal is to create release-ready, high-quality music with hit potential, not basic or amateur productions.

We are interested in either:

A long-term collaboration with a fixed monthly salary
or
Payment on a project / per-track basis

However, before discussing any long-term agreement, we first need to make sure there is a strong creative and professional fit.

IMPORTANT:

Please do not apply if you are not already highly skilled in Hardstyle or Hardtekk.

We are specifically looking for top-level producers who can produce these genres at a professional commercial standard.

If your experience is mainly in other genres, or your Hardstyle / Hardtekk productions are still at an intermediate level, this position will probably not be suitable.

We are looking for someone capable of producing music that can stand next to leading artists and releases in these genres and potentially create tracks that can perform at a high commercial level.
