JOB OVERVIEW

**Full Ownership | Healthcare | Performance-Driven**

This is not a basic virtual assistant role.

We are a multi-location healthcare organization seeking a high-level Google Ads and Local Services Ads specialist who can take full ownership of our paid acquisition strategy. This role is for someone who understands business economics, not just campaign setup.

If you think in terms of LTV:CAC, revenue attribution, and lead quality — not impressions and clicks — continue reading.

Also, put the word 'Pineapple' in the subject line of your application.

---

## The Mission

Your primary objective:

Generate high-quality patients at a minimum 5:1 LTV:CAC ratio.

We are specifically targeting:
* Motor vehicle a ---------- (MVA) patients
* Patients with active health insurance
* Patients willing and able to pay out of pocket

This role is about economic optimization and revenue growth — not just traffic generation.

---

## What You Will Fully Own

You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across:

### Paid Acquisition
* Google Search Ads
* Performance Max (if appropriate)
* Display and retargeting campaigns (within strict healthcare compliance)
* Google Local Services Ads (LSAs)
* Google Business Profile optimization

### Campaign Infrastructure
* Advanced keyword research and high-intent targeting
* Negative keyword management
* Geo-targeting and bid strategy optimization
* Conversion tracking (calls, forms, booked appointments)
* CRM alignment for closed-loop reporting

### LSA & Creative Optimization
* Managing Google Screened/Guaranteed background checks and license verifications
* Disputing unqualified LSA leads aggressively to protect budget
* Writing and testing ad copy with A/B testing frameworks
* Landing page performance feedback
* Call tracking and lead quality review

### Analytics and Reporting
* Weekly reporting dashboards
* Cost per qualified lead & Cost per booked appointment
* Revenue tracking by campaign
* LTV:CAC analysis (minimum 5:1 target)
* Clear strategic recommendations (not just data reports)

---

## Performance Metrics

You will be measured on:
* Cost per qualified lead
* Cost per booked appointment
* Show rate
* Revenue per acquired patient
* LTV:CAC ratio
* ROI by segment (MVA vs Insurance vs Cash)

This is a results-driven position. Activity alone does not equal success.

---

## Required Experience

* Minimum 3 years managing Google Ads for healthcare or local service businesses
* **Crucial:** Deep understanding of Google’s Personalized Advertising policies regarding healthcare and HIPAA compliance to prevent account suspensions (You must know what you can and cannot retarget in the medical space)
* Proven experience improving lead quality, not just lowering cost per lead
* Experience managing LSAs (including disputes and verifications)
* Strong analytical ability with revenue-based reporting
* Experience setting up and auditing conversion tracking
* Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable being accountable to revenue outcomes

**Bonus:**
* Multi-location business experience
* Experience optimizing campaigns for high-value case types (like MVA)

---

## This Is Not For You If

* You focus on CTR, impressions, or traffic without tracking revenue
* You have never calculated LTV or CAC
* You rely on increasing budgets instead of improving efficiency
* You require daily direction to function
* You avoid accountability for performance

---

## Compensation

* **$1,500+ USD/month base** (depending heavily on proven experience)
* Performance-based bonuses tied directly to revenue and ROI
* Long-term growth opportunity
* Potential to grow into a senior paid acquisition leadership role

Top performers will grow with us.

---

## Application Instructions (Important)

To be considered, you must complete the following:

**1. Record a 3–5 minute Loom video explaining:**
* A campaign you managed for a healthcare or local service business
* The revenue results achieved (LTV:CAC or ROI)
* What specific levers you pulled to improve performance

**2. Provide screenshots of:**
* A campaign structure you built
* A reporting dashboard you use
* Before-and-after performance metrics

**3. Answer the following questions in writing:**
* How do you improve lead quality rather than just increasing lead volume?
* How would you structure campaigns to prioritize motor vehicle a ---------- patients while remaining compliant with Google's healthcare ad policies?
* What would you do if cost per lead increased 30% month over month?
* When do you scale ad spend versus reduce it?

Applications without the Loom video, screenshots, and detailed answers will not be considered.

---

We are building a scalable patient acquisition engine that prioritizes patient quality, revenue efficiency, and long-term growth.

If you are in the top tier of offshore Google Ads operators and can prove it, apply.

If you are average, this role is not for you.
