We’re looking for someone far beyond a traditional VA.

This is not a task-doer role. This is a strategic, AI-powered, problem-solving position for someone who thrives on challenges, adapts fast, and loves building, improving, and innovating.

### What You’ll Do

• Use Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, automation platforms, etc.) to streamline workflows and create leverage
• Design, build, and optimize websites (front-end and back-end familiarity required)
• Improve systems, suggest automations, and eliminate inefficiencies
• Execute marketing, branding, and digital initiatives
• Handle operations and strategic support tasks
• Adapt quickly when priorities shift
• Solve problems independently without waiting for step-by-step instructions

### Who You Are

• Based in the Philippines
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Highly proficient with Generative AI tools
• Strong background in web development (HTML, CSS, JS, CMS platforms, etc.)
• Skilled in web design (UX/UI thinking, layout, branding awareness)
• Tech-forward and resourceful
• Thrive under pressure and ambiguity
• Think like an operator, not just an assistant
• Naturally proactive — you bring solutions, not just questions

### Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs)
• Advanced SEO and "SEO for Chatbot" proficiency
• Copywriting skills
• Funnel building experience
• Experience working with founders or fast-growing startups

Assume that everything is poised for launch except for web design and web development, and that hiring a top-tier Framer designer to create a replica of ---------- for a budget no more than $200 is top priority. (Framer templates Portfolite, Fuel, and Viper are useful templates to suggest for use as jumpoff points)
6. If you are able to deliver a mockup of the full, functioning, Framer site as part of a work sample of "what you can do" in your application, there is a >80% chance you will receive a job offer, starting at a base of $8/hr (the very minimum; unlikely given commensurate expertise.)
