JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a high-level Executive Virtual Assistant who can operate independently, solve problems proactively, and support business operations at an executive level.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We need someone experienced, organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable — someone who can manage multiple responsibilities without constant supervision and help keep operations running smoothly.

You must be resourceful, tech-savvy, professional, and capable of handling executive support, operations coordination, project management, team communication, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment.

If you require heavy training, constant follow-ups, or micromanagement, this role is not for you.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and executive communications
Coordinate internal operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
Handle administrative support with high accuracy and attention to detail
Manage email inboxes and prioritize important communications
Create reports, SOPs, spreadsheets, and operational documents
Follow up with tea ---------- mbers, clients, and vendors professionally
Assist with project management and task delegation
Organize systems and improve operational efficiency
Conduct research and gather information for business decisions
Handle confidential information professionally
Anticipate problems before they happen and provide solutions proactively

Requirements
YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum 3+ years of Executive Virtual Assistant experience
Experience supporting executives, founders, business owners, or leadership teams
Strong background in operations, administration, and coordination
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Stable internet connection and reliable work setup
Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
Slack
Asana / ClickUp / ---------- / Trello
CRM systems
Calendar management
SOP creation
