We are a fast-growing pest control company based in Florida, and we are building a high-performance remote team. We expect professionalism, strong communication, and attention to detail at all times.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Answering customer inquiries via phone, text, and
• Booking jobs and managing schedules in our CRM
• Following up with customers and keeping conversations moving
• Handling billing questions and basic account support
• Communicating with our internal team through Slack
• Using tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Thinking critically, not just following scripts

1. Near-native English fluency (spoken and written)
Your communication must be clear, natural, and professional. Customers should not feel a language barrier.
2. High intelligence and problem-solving ability
You can think through situations, not just follow instructions.
