Job Description

We are looking for an elite B2B cold email copywriter who knows how to write messages that actually get opened, read, replied to, and booked.

This is not a generic copywriting role. We need someone who understands cold outbound, knows how to write for different buyer types, and can help create high-performing email copy for highly targeted lead generation campaigns.

You will be helping us write and improve cold email campaigns for 4 niches:

Alternative Lending / Business Financing

Property Management

Real Estate Agents / Realtors

Dentists

We use tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Clay, so experience writing for personalized outbound systems is very important.

We are looking for someone sharp, strategic, fast, and obsessed with performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Writing cold email sequences for outbound B2B campaigns

Creating copy for different niches, offers, and buyer personas

Writing short, punchy, high-reply-rate emails

Adapting messaging based on industry pain points and market awareness

Creating variations for A/B testing

Writing subject lines, first lines, CTA angles, and follow-ups

Collaborating on campaign strategy, hooks, and positioning

Using prospect/company data from Clay or Apollo to support personalized messaging

Improving campaigns based on reply rates, positive responses, and booked meetings

What We Need From You

Proven experience writing cold email copy for B2B outbound

Strong understanding of what makes someone reply to a cold email

Ability to write in a natural, human, non-spammy tone

Ability to switch tone and messaging depending on niche

Good understanding of offers, pain points, objections, and direct response principles

Experience writing copy for lead gen agencies, appointment setting, SaaS, or service businesses is a big plus

Experience with Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Smartlead, or similar tools is a strong plus

Strong English writing skills

Ability to think strategically, not just “write nicely”

You’re a Strong Fit If

You understand the difference between bad cold email and high-converting cold email

You know how to make emails feel relevant without sounding over-personalized or fake

You can write copy that is concise, confident, and response-driven

You understand how to test hooks, angles, and call-to-actions

You can take rough ideas and turn them into polished outbound campaigns

Nice to Have

Experience writing for any of these niches:

Alternative lending

Real estate

Property management

Dental

Experience analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements

Experience writing both plain-text cold emails and LinkedIn outreach copy

Familiarity with deliverability best practices
