JOB OVERVIEW

Salary: $1,800/month + performance bonuses

We are looking for a REAL COO with actual ecommerce and operations experience.

We are not looking for beginners.
We are not looking for average managers.
We are looking for someone who has helped build and scale ecommerce businesses and knows how to lead teams, systems, and operations at a high level.

You will work directly with:

founder
brand managers
media buyers
creative team
customer support
fulfillment and operations team

Your job is to help us scale our ecommerce brands by creating structure, accountability, and operational excellence.

What you will do:

Oversee day-to-day operations
Manage and coordinate multiple departments
Build and improve SOPs and systems
Track KPIs and team performance
Identify bottlenecks and solve problems
Improve communication and execution
Implement AI and automation where possible
Work closely with the founder on growth initiatives
Ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements:

Proven experience as a COO, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong ecommerce experience
Experience managing remote teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized and results-driven
Ability to make decisions and take ownership
Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus
