Working Hours

Primary shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST

Monday to Friday.

Saturday or Sunday availability is preferred but not mandatory.

(Some flexibility may be available for exceptional candidates.)

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of appointment setting experience
Experience calling US business owners is highly preferred
Experience booking appointments from warm inbound leads is highly preferred

We help local service businesses across the United States generate more customers through high-converting websites, Google optimisation, and automated marketing systems.

We're growing quickly and are looking for someone who wants to become a key part of our long-term sales team.

This Is NOT a Typical Appointment Setter Role

You'll be speaking with business owners who have already requested information from our ads.

Your role isn't simply to book appointments.

You'll be responsible for maximising:

- Contact Rate
- Booking Rate
- Show Rate

We constantly improve our systems and expect our team to do the same.

Responsibilities
- Call new inbound leads immediately after they enquire
- Qualify prospects
- Book video appointments
- Follow up with prospects who don't answer
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Recover missed appointments
- Maintain accurate CRM notes
- Work closely with the founder to improve results

What We're Looking For

? Exceptional spoken English (Need to sound like a native speaker. DO NOT apply if you don't)

? Naturally conversational

? Confident speaking with US business owners

? Persistent without sounding pushy

? Highly organised

? Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

? Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

? Someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people
