• Commercial Tenant Improvements (restaurants, retail, offices)
• Ground-up commercial projects
• Electrical service upgrades (200A–2000A)

What You’ll Do
• Review electrical plans and drawings
• Perform material takeoffs (lighting, panels, feeders, devices)
• Build accurate cost estimates (labor + materials)
• Identify missing scope and potential issues
• Create clean, professional proposals for clients
• Assist with RFIs and scope clarifications

Requirements
• Experience in electrical estimating (commercial preferred)
• Can read and understand electrical plans
• Strong attention to detail
• Fast, organized, and reliable
• Strong written English

Bonus if you have:
• Experience with U.S. construction
• Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar software
• Knowledge of NEC basics
