JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Management & Billing assistant to support their day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in property management before, understands the importance of accuracy, and is comfortable handling billing responsibilities where attention to detail is critical.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows processes carefully, and understands that small mistakes can create larger issues for tenants, vendors, and property owners.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing property management administrative tasks
Processing and assisting with billing activities
Maintaining accurate tenant, vendor, and property records
Updating information within MRI and internal systems
Reviewing data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
Assisting with invoices, payments, and account-related tasks
Coordinating with tea ---------- mbers regarding property operations
Supporting day-to-day property management workflows

Requirements
Previous experience in property management
Strong working knowledge of MRI software (required)
Experience handling billing, invoicing, or accounts-related tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional written and verbal English communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
