Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, creative, and organized Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our digital education products and online presence. This role involves organizing worksheets, uploading products to multiple platforms, editing videos, and assisting with grant research.

Key Responsibilities
???? Digital Product Creation & Organization
Organize worksheets into structured bundles and workbooks
Combine files into clean, downloadable PDF formats
Separate and categorize content by:
Colors
Sight Words
Numbers
Tracing
Life Skills
Alphabets
Shapes
Create product variations (example):
Individual letter packs (A–Z)
Full alphabet tracing workbook
Section-based learning bundles
Ensure materials are appropriate for different learning levels (ages 1–4)
???? E-commerce Upload & Management
Upload and manage products on:
Teachers Pay Teachers
Shopify
Etsy
Create product listings including:
Titles
Descriptions
Pricing
Tags/keywords
Link and organize downloadable files correctly for purchase
Maintain a clean and professional storefront
???? YouTube Content Support
Edit short and long-form videos
Add graphics, text, and simple animations
Upload and optimize content on Learning With Ms. G YouTube channel
Write titles, descriptions, and tags for videos
???? Grant Research
Research and compile:
Local (Georgia/Savannah) grants
State and federal grants
International education grants
Focus on opportunities for:
Early childhood education
Learning centers and childcare programs
Organize findings into simple reports with links and deadlines
Qualifications
Experience with:
PDF creation & file organization
Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Etsy, Shopify, or Teachers Pay Teachers (preferred)
Basic video editing skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
Understanding of early childhood education (a plus)
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience in digital product selling
Knowledge of SEO for product listings
Familiarity with YouTube growth strategies
Grant writing experience
