Hiring: Long-Term Video Editor for a Fast-Growing Trading Brand

I’m looking for an experienced video editor who wants to become part of a long-term project—not just complete another freelance gig.

I’m building a trading brand across social media, and I’m taking this project extremely seriously. My goal is to grow my audience across multiple platforms by consistently publishing high-quality content every single day.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging short-form content and wants to grow with a brand over time.

What you’ll be doing

* Edit 7 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) per day
* Schedule all content inside Metricool
* Ensure that 7 days of content are always scheduled in advance
* Create engaging edits with strong pacing, captions, sound effects, zooms, transitions, and everything needed to maximize retention
* Improve videos with creative hooks and ideas that increase watch time and views
* Bring your own experience and creativity instead of simply following instructions

What I’m looking for

* Proven experience editing short-form content
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms and viewer retention
* Ability to create compelling hooks within the first few seconds
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Reliable, consistent, and organized
* Able to work independently without constant supervision
* Comfortable committing to a long-term collaboration

I’m not looking for someone who simply cuts videos and adds captions.

I’m looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping build a brand, continuously improves the content, brings new ideas, and treats this project as something they want to grow alongside.

What matters most

Consistency is non-negotiable.

I don’t care what hours you work or where you’re located—as long as every week’s content is edited and scheduled on time inside Metricool.

Quality, creativity, reliability, and communication are far more important than working specific hours.
