JOB OVERVIEW

E-commerce Team Lead – All-Around Marketing & Design Guru

Are you an experienced e-commerce professional who can lead, execute, and drive results across multiple platforms?

We’re looking for a high-level Team Lead who understands the full E-commerce ecosystem—from design and development to marketing and team management.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing multi-platform e-commerce stores (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
Strong background in website design & development

Solid understanding of PPC campaigns, including:
Amazon, TikTok
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Google Ads

Experience leading and managing a remote team
Familiar with:
Google Workspace
Slack
---------- (or similar project management tools)

Your Role:
Lead and manage a team of designers, marketers, and support staff
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Oversee e-commerce operations and optimize performance
Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaign execution
Improve workflows, systems, and team efficiency

Work Schedule:
Full-Time Position
Monday to Friday
8:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT (Philippine Time)
Must be comfortable working overnight hours
Long-term position with growth opportunities
