JOB OVERVIEW

We run a high-volume Shopify dropshipping business across multiple stores and payment processors.

We are NOT looking for someone who uses accounting software.
We are looking for someone who can build and manage clean financial dashboards in Google Sheets.

Your role:

- Track daily revenue and ad spend
- Maintain structured dashboards
- Reconcile Stripe / Shopify / PayPal payouts
- Build and maintain a clean monthly P&L
- Improve and organize our existing sheets
- Keep our financial data consistent and accurate

This role requires someone who understands ecommerce cash flow and can build reporting systems from scratch.

Compensation:
$10/hour
Approx. 20 hours per month
