We’re focused on simplifying systems, improving conversions, and scaling sustainably — and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working across tools, solving problems, and taking ownership.

About the Role

This is not a basic VA role.

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist — someone who can help manage, improve, and connect our ecommerce systems. Shopify is the core platform, but we also use clickfunnels, email automation ( ---------- , Ruby, etc) memberships ( ---------- ), and workflow automation (n8n).

You do not need experience with every tool, but you must be:

- Technically comfortable
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn new platforms
- Reliable and proactive

This role starts project-based, with strong potential to grow into a long-term position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Shopify & Ecommerce Operations (Core Responsibility)
- Support and maintain our Shopify store (Online Store 2.0)
- Assist with theme updates, layout changes, and UX improvements
- Implement product updates, collections, pages, and navigation
- Maintain clean URLs, redirects, and basic SEO hygiene
- Coordinate store changes without disrupting customers or orders

2. Funnels, Email, & Membership Systems (Based on Experience)

- Depending on your background, you may also help with:
- ClickFunnels pages (sales pages, order forms, upsells)
- ---------- email flows and automation logic
- ---------- content structure and access rules
- Connecting systems together using n8n or similar tools

You will start with your strongest skill set and expand over time.

Platforms We Use (Important – Read Carefully)

Required (Strong Experience in at Least ONE)
- Shopify (store management, themes, apps, structure)

Bonus Experience (Each Is a Plus, Not Required)

- ClickFunnels

- n8n (or Zapier / automation tools)

The more platforms you know, the more valuable you are — but willingness to learn is required.

Required Skills & Traits

- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
- Able to follow SOPs and help improve them
- Clear written English communication
- Organized, reliable, and accountable
- Comfortable working with US-based teams and some time overlap

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

- Ecommerce or funnel conversion optimization (CRO)
- Automation or systems background
- Basic HTML / CSS
- SEO fundamentals
- Experience supporting creators, coaches, or ecommerce brands

Compensation

- Project-based to start
