JOB OVERVIEW

Ikigai Cases is hiring for an Ecommerce Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1800 per month + performance-based bonuses

About the Company
Ikigai Cases ( ---------- ) is a family-owned e-commerce business selling premiu ---------- tal pill cases. Founded in December 2021, the business has been operated by two brothers from Washington, DC since then. After four years, the company has grown to selling thousands of pill cases every month and double-digit tea ---------- mbers, including a thriving remote team.

Our mission is simple: to make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We uphold this commitment by managing our fulfillment operations in-house and offering white-glove service to our customers.

We are looking to hire an Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our growing remote team.

5 Core Responsibilities
1. Launch Execution: Plan and execute all sales, product launches, color launches, and promotional ---------- nts, ensuring offers, timing, assets, and systems go live correctly.

2. Cross-Functional Launch Coordination: Coordinate all teams involved in launches (Marketing, Email, Creative, Website, Ops, CX, Fulfillment), managing timelines and dependencies to ensure aligned execution.

3. Website & Systems Setup for Launches: Set up and configure all website, Shopify, and related systems required for launches, including products, collections, discounts, carts, and launch-specific site changes.

4. Launch QA & System Hygiene: Own pre-launch QA and post-launch cleanup, ensuring accuracy across offers and flows and maintaining clean, current systems with no leftover artifacts.

5. Launch Process Improvement: Improve launch workflows, templates, and safeguards to support increasing launch volume and complexity with reduced risk.

Why You Should Take This Role
-You’ll be working at a brand that is obsessed with their customers and has built a loyal following. Just read a few of their reviews: ----------

-You’ll be working hand-in-hand with the founders of the company - building the systems and growth strategy together.
-You’ll be working at a company with a robust product development roadmap that includes new colors / products releasing monthly

Required Experience & Skills Experience
-3+ years working directly on an e-commerce brand, with hands-on responsibility for executing sales, product launches, or promotional ---------- nts (not just website maintenance).
-Proven experience owning launches end-to-end, including setup, coordination, QA, and post-launch cleanup across teams and systems.
-Strong project management experience in e-commerce, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver time-sensitive launches.
-Working proficiency with Shopify admin for launch setup (products, collections, discounts, carts, and site changes; no coding required).
-Clear written communication and high attention to detail in revenue-critical work.
-Experience working with Notion or similar project management tools
-Must be based outside the United States.

Preferred Experiences (Nice To Have’s)
-Experience running A/B tests using platforms such as Intelligems.
-Experience using page builders (Replo preferred) in addition to Shopify Theme Editor

Communication & English Proficiency
-Strong written and verbal English skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners via email.
-Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.

Compensation Details
-Compensation: $1800 per month + performance-based bonuses
-Work Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday Business Hours, EST
